Order and Delivery Policy

At ÉLAN BLEU, we aim to ensure your wine arrives as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

Standard Delivery

* Orders placed before 1:00 pm (Monday–Thursday) will be dispatched for next working day delivery.
* Orders placed after 1:00 pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
* Deliveries are made within the UK and require a signature from someone aged 18 or over.

Wedding and Party Collections

Our Wedding Collection and Party Collection are tailored to each celebration. Delivery dates and arrangements for these orders will be organised directly with you by our team to ensure everything arrives exactly when you need it.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our delivery partners to meet all delivery windows, occasional delays outside of our control may occur. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. ÉLAN BLEU cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.
