Returns and Refund Policy

We hope you love every bottle of ÉLAN BLEU. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@drinkelanbleu.com, including your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include:

* A replacement product.
* A full or partial refund.
* Store credit.

Please note that any claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If your order has been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging until the issue has been resolved.

For Wedding Collection and Party Collection orders, bespoke arrangements and cancellation terms will be communicated directly at the time of purchase.
